The feeling of dirt is caught in her throat and everything is hazy. She isn't entirely sure how she got where she is, but everything hurts in a way that usually comes with blow to the head. Not that she's had many in her lifetime, but once is enough really. One hand presses against her forehead, as though that will help clear some of the memories from how she got there in the first place, but so far it's just a blur.
It's not right. None of this is right.
There's something glowing and beeping ahead of her, but she can't focus on that. Her eyes fall on the plaid shirt next to her and then follows it up to his face. She moves forward, one hand reaching for his shoulder and starting to shake him gently.
"Dean. Dean, wake up." Please don't be dead.

we all know how well dean reacts to being woken up
"Stop shoving me." He snaps. "What happened? What's going on?" Dean looks really confused. He feels kinda blank. Like a bad night at a dive bar or a hunt gone crappy. A shitty headbutt usually brings this kind of pain, but he doesn't remember headbutting anyone. He doesn't remember much to be honest. That's usually a cause for concern in his line of work. Someone did something.

He swallows hard and focuses on the light ahead of them. "Everything good? All ten fingers?"

"What is that?"

"We should get out of here. This doesn't feel right."

"Whaddya think this is?"

"I'd rather not find out."
As he gets closer he can make out what looks like a timer, staring up at them from the top of the box. It's not like any explosive device he's ever seen before, but it's explosive enough to fall into a few cliches. There's about thirty seconds left on the count down, and that information has her gripping Dean's arm to pull him back.
"Dean, we need to go."

"Bela, run!" He hollers and starts to move. She's already moving ahead of him. Dean's already counting in his head. Trying to estimate how much time they have until that thing blows. Once he reaches one though he throws himself forward onto Bela. Basically tackling her to the ground. "Down!" It's futile, but they're not making it out of this. Dean's holding out hope that maybe one of them will.

She hits the ground hard when he takes her down, feeling him trying to protect her, and she knows that all she has to do is close her eyes and wait.

Boom.
The white light engulfs them, and everything after that is black.
